Dynamic Battery Sales & Service (DBSS) produces a line of battery solutions designed to provide simplified interconnection in VRLA mono-block battery systems. These kits form a complete battery system with circuit breakers and all cabling. Kits are available to fit the all front-terminal batteries, 12V100FT, 12V125FT and 12V150FT, 12V170FT batteries for 12, 24, and 48-volt applications. Polycarbonate covers protect the top and front of the rack and large top terminal plates to fit lugs with either 1" or 1.75" bolt spacing are included. The external battery cables can attach either vertically or horizontally to the top terminal plates.

Features

The rack illustrated is 24" wide x 23.4" deep x 51.2" high and is rated 1200AH at 24-volts or 600AH at 48-volts.

• These racks are seismic rated and NEBS qualified.
• Total weight is about 2150 pounds with 16 12V150FT batteries installed.
• These are valve-regulated low-maintenance batteries.
• The batteries are not considered hazardous for shipping by the US Department of Transportation.
• DBSS supplies these rack systems with wiring kits that include shelf circuit breakers.
• A tripped circuit breaker alarm is available as an option. Heavy-duty terminals accept cables up to 500 mcm.
• Custom specific gravity are available for high-heat applications.
• Can be furnished with NEMA-4, heated/cooled, steel or aluminum enclosures for outdoor applications.
